Terms of Use
Last updated: 11 September 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Vutral, including its website, online tools, content, and related features. By accessing or using Vutral, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Vutral provides practical online tools without requiring an end-user account. Some tools process information in your browser, while others must request a website or connect directly to a third-party service to complete the task you choose.
About the service
Vutral offers free tools for tasks such as inspecting URLs, page metadata, redirects, canonical declarations, hreflang annotations, crawling instructions, links, structured data, and related digital information. Additional tools or categories may be introduced, changed, or removed over time.
The service is intended to provide practical information and assistance. It does not monitor your website continuously, act on your behalf, or guarantee any particular technical, business, or search result.
Who may use Vutral
You may use Vutral only if you are legally permitted to do so where you live. If you use the service for a company, client, or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for that party and that these Terms also apply to that use.
Third-party features may impose additional eligibility, age, account, billing, or regional requirements. You are responsible for meeting those requirements before using the feature.
Permitted use
You may use Vutral for lawful personal or business purposes, including checking websites you own, manage, are authorised to review, or are otherwise permitted to access publicly.
You are responsible for the information you submit, the settings you choose, the results you use, and any action you take based on those results.
Prohibited use
You must not use Vutral to:
- Break any applicable law or violate another person's rights.
- Access, test, scan, or probe systems without permission.
- Distribute malware, phishing material, spam, deceptive content, or harmful code.
- Collect personal or confidential information without a lawful basis and appropriate permission.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority or the origin of content.
- Overload the service or a third-party system, send excessive automated requests, or use Vutral as a proxy, scraper, crawler, VPN, or resale service.
- Bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, access restrictions, safety filters, or other protective measures.
- Reverse engineer, copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Activity that appears abusive or creates unreasonable risk may be restricted even if it is not specifically listed above.
URLs files and other inputs
You must have the right and authority to submit any URL, text, file, image, prompt, instruction, API key, or other material that you provide to a tool. Do not submit confidential information or personal data unless you are authorised to process it and the selected tool is appropriate for that purpose.
When a tool checks a URL, Vutral may send requests to that address and follow redirects in order to return the requested result. You must not use this function to investigate private systems, evade access controls, or create unwanted traffic.
Where processing occurs entirely in your browser, the material may remain on your device. Other features require network requests. The Privacy Policy explains the relevant data handling in more detail.
AI and third party services
Some Vutral features connect directly from your browser to third-party services, including AI providers such as Google Gemini or OpenAI. When you enter your own API key, you authorise your browser to send the selected inputs to that provider under your provider account.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms, privacy notice, usage policies, eligibility rules, quotas, and pricing. You are responsible for your API key, provider account, charges, model selection, safety settings, and compliance with those rules. Vutral does not control the provider's availability, responses, retention practices, or changes to its service.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, duplicated, or unsuitable for your purpose. You must review generated content before publishing or relying on it. Do not use AI output as a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Vutral does not claim ownership of content you lawfully submit or output generated for you, but third-party provider terms may separately govern those materials.
Results and professional judgment
A Vutral result reflects what the tool observed during a particular check. Website behaviour may vary according to time, location, network conditions, server configuration, response headers, user agent, cookies, JavaScript execution, or restrictions imposed by another service.
A successful response does not prove that a URL is correct. A detected tag does not prove that it is appropriate. Search engines and other platforms may interpret information differently and may change their systems without notice.
You should verify important findings before making technical, publishing, commercial, or legal decisions. Vutral does not guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, revenue, compliance, availability, or any other outcome.
Availability and limits
Vutral is provided as a free service. We may apply request limits, concurrency limits, file-size limits, timeouts, security checks, or other safeguards to protect users, third parties, and service availability.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent storage, support, or compatibility with every website, browser, device, file, API, or third-party platform.
Intellectual property
Vutral and its licensors retain all rights in the website, software, interface, design, documentation, branding, and original content, except for material owned by users or third parties.
These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms. They do not transfer ownership of Vutral, its software, or its trademarks to you.
Feedback
If you send feedback, corrections, or feature suggestions, you permit Vutral to use them without restriction or payment to improve the service. This does not transfer ownership of any separate material that you identify as confidential or proprietary and that Vutral has expressly agreed to receive on that basis.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vutral is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vutral and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or business arising from or related to your use of the service.
You remain responsible for backups, independent verification, protection of API keys, and decisions made from tool results. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud or intentional misconduct where applicable.
Restriction and termination
We may block, restrict, or end access to Vutral when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the service or another system is at risk, a legal obligation requires action, or continued access could harm users or third parties.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Vutral, third-party services, security requirements, or applicable law. The updated version will be posted with a revised date. Your continued use after the change takes effect means that you accept the updated Terms.
Applicable law and mandatory rights
These Terms are subject to the laws and courts that legally apply to the relationship between you and the operator of Vutral. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights or protections available to you under applicable consumer or other law.
Language versions
Translations are provided for convenience. If a translated version differs from the English version, the English version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
